Daniella’s Bridal Shower

Last weekend, I drove to the Hilton Hotel, Cardiff accompanied by my lovely photographer daughter Sabina. We had been requsted by the gorgeous Summer to document a surprise bridal shower for her close friend Daniella. This beautiful bride-to-be is getting married to her beloved Liam next month in Mexico. However, many of Daniella’s girly friends will not be at the wedding. Therefore Summer and their close group of friends decided to organise this fun event in Cardiff. They had planned a prosecco brunch (a late breakfast and dessert) followed by Bollywood dancing!

The girls had gone to a great deal of effort to have lots of helium balloons and table decor organised. They even had an ‘Instagram’ frame made for photos! Sashes had been made for the bride, mother-of-the-bride, mother-of-the groom etc. They had also all arranged to wear a shade of pink! Daniella was travelling down from New Tredegar with her mum and sisters having no idea what was about to take place! She finally arrived at the Hilton and her face was a picture when she walked in!

After lots of hugs, kisses and a nicely chilled glass of prosecco (or two!) the staff soon started to bring in the delicious looking meals. The presentation looked superb! After brunch was completed and glasses topped up, we dispersed for more photos. The girls re-grouped in the bar area where Daniella’s mum asked to say a few words. Hugs, kisses, laughter and tears ensued! This is where the girls said goodbye to Sabina and I as they left for their Bollywood dancing class! We’re sure they had an amazing time but we were able to capture some lovely memories for them below.

Daniella, we wish you and Liam a fabulous wedding in Mexico next month and every future happiness 🙂
